New Mass Today page in e-books

Posted by universalis on 18 December 2012

The Mass Today page in Universalis combines the Order of Mass with the readings and prayers for the day. So far, it has only been available in the Universalis downloads. Now we are happy to announce that it is available in e-books as well.

To get the Mass Today page in your e-books, you need to have a copy of the Universalis program that is capable of creating it. You need the latest version (1.90) for the Mac or for Windows. Alternatively, if you have a Kindle, you can use the new Kindle e-book service on our web site.

If you haven’t tried Universalis e-books before, you can read all about them here.

Note on compatibility: The Mass Today page uses links inside the page to jump from one part of the Mass to the next (for instance, you follow a link to get to the Eucharistic Prayer you want). The Kindle has no trouble with this, but some ePub readers don’t handle these links properly. Of the ones we have tried, Kobo and iBooks work correctly, while Stanza and Adobe Digital Editions don’t.
